We arrived safely in St. John's, picked up our car and headed out to Trinity. It took about 3 hrs and arrived in time to settle in and have a fish and chips dinner at Dock Marina and a stroll around the town of 350 permanent residents. Our B&B Campbell House is an old saltbox house from the mid 1800's. It's comfortable and quiet. Everyone we have met so far is friendly and helpful. The views of the sea, bays, and "tickles" (small inlets) are lovely. The weather is great! Can that hold for the next 2 weeks? We plan to go on a historic walking tour of the area and perhaps go out on a boat tour tomorrow. Everything is good so far!!
